Hakka Finance AMA Recap: October 2022
Last Friday, we had our 10th AMA (Ask Me Anything) for the year on Discord, and we were joined by around +200 people from the Hakka Community.
- We announced beforehand that our we have an on-going campaign collaboration with the NFT appraisal platform, Nawarat, on SoGraph.
- We also mentioned about the new round of Hakka Intelligence, that the community has decided to do the betting round of the FIFA World Cup 2022 on Polygon network.
After the announcements, we proceeded with the AMA. Here are some of the questions that were asked by the community:
1. Can you tell us more about Nawarat?
Nawarat is an NFT appraisal platform that allows anyone to participate in the evaluation of the true valuation of an NFT. To join the campaign, just click this link and finish as many tasks as you can. The tasks can be as simple as following our Twitter page, and even joining this AMA!
2. How is this partnership beneficial for Hakka?
We see a synergy in this partnership, especially with Hakka’s new P2E game where you get to earn NFTs.
3. What’s the update about incorporating real-world event on Hakka Intelligence?
We just opened a Snapshot voting last week on which chain should the FIFA World Cup 2022 be organized: Ethereum, BNB, or Polygon. This Snapshot voting has just ended today. Our next step will be revealed by the first week of November, just before the World Cup begins.
4. How is this different from other betting platforms?
Hakka Intelligence is decentralized, it means that all the money betted by users, will come back to users, without a third party in between — thanks to our smart contracts and our integration with Chainlink. Users can also propose what they want to bet on!
5. What can I do with the Hakka Play-to-Earn (P2E) NFTs?
At Level 2–3, users will have privileges in the Hakka ecosystem such as exclusive airdrops, farming boosts, and more. They will have a utility for sure.
6. Is there a plan to improve Total Value Locked (TVL) in Hakka Finance? Are there any incentives to attract new users?
So far we’ve got several farming pools where people can earn HAKKA tokens at 3-digit APR. Soon, we’ll be organizing a betting round with Hakka Intelligence where you will need to predict the winners of the FIFA World Cup game!
The more accurate your prediction is, the more HAKKA tokens you will earn! We’re planning to do quite a lot of promotion for this round, which will happen in December.
Hakka Play-to-Earn in the future will even give more incentive for users, most probably at Level 3 to reward the most engaged people in the Hakka community.
7. When is the next quest for Hakka Play-to-Earn?
Late October to early November! What we can say for now is that there will not be just one quest, but 4 quests available soon!
8. When will Hakka Play-to-Earn Level 2 be live?
Same with Level 2! The next wave of quests will be for Level 2.
9. Why iGain IRS does not have more liquidity?
We’re using farming pools to incentivize users to add liquidity on iGain IRS. Soon, we’ll add additional mechanisms to solve this issue.
10. Are Hakka OAT NFTs a priority during the project development?
Yup! More info in the coming weeks.
11. Automated Marker Maker (AMM) is very important for DeFi. Hakka used to have a very good stable coin exchange rate. In the near future, will you build your own AMM exchange?
Also, after mining all the tokens in the pool, what will happen next to the Hakka ecosystem?
No decentralized exchange (DEx) planned for the moment.
Hakka will continue to grow with its community. The next steps for in the near term are our Play-to-Earn game and our next Hakka Intelligence round dedicated to the FIFA World Cup!
