Hakka Team/Bootstrap Fund Update

According to Financial Statements of Hakka Finance v1, 80% of HAKKA for early investors were locked up for 24 months and 100% of HAKKA for team members were locked up for 21 months.

These tokens were supposed to be released from February 2021 with a 1/18 rate per month for 18 consecutive months, but we postponed it up to recently.

We'll be distributing 53M tokens to team members and 23M tokens to early investors in these few days. And the team decided to stake 80% of their tokens for a year and transfer 20% to the vesting contract, so does many of the early investors.
